汽運業(yè)務：我公司以華南、華北、華東、華中為主干線，全面開拓全國各地的整車、零擔業(yè)務、公司自行開設了十多條長途專線及短途專線，通達全國上百個城市，做到天天發(fā)車、準點發(fā)車、準點到達、保證低價、全程高速，安全、快速、送貨及時。
貨運流程：
①.首先了解客戶企業(yè)情況，提交相關運輸計劃報告。
②運輸主管接收運輸信息、且發(fā)送運輸計劃，運輸部門接收出庫提貨單證且核對單證。
③.檢查車輛情況，按時到達客戶提貨倉庫，辦理提貨、出廠手續(xù)同時辦理貨物保險-人保，電話通知收貨客戶預達時間。
④建立收貨客戶檔案，GPS車輛位置、狀態(tài)等信息實時反映、且司機及時反饋途中信息、與收貨客戶電話聯(lián)系送貨情況、填寫跟蹤記錄。
⑤電話或郵件確認到達時間，按時準確到達指定卸貨地點，貨物交接，百分百簽收，保證運輸產品的數(shù)量和質量與客戶出庫單一致，
司機確認簽收運輸單及回單，
定期將回單送至客戶處。

④Set up the customer file of receiving goods, provide real-time feedback of GPS vehicle location and status, and provide the driver with timely feedback of en route information, contact the customer by phone for delivery, and fill in the tracking record.


⑤Confirm the arrival time by phone or email, arrive at the designated unloading place on time and accurately, hand over the goods, sign and receive 100%, and ensure the quantity and quality of the transportation products are consistent with the customer's delivery order.


Drivers confirm receipt of transport documents and receipts and send them to customers on a regular basis.
